The LSAMP program at Indiana University South Bend (IUSB) is designed to increase the recruitment, retention and graduation rates of underrepresented minority (URM) students in the STEM fields. IUSB is strongly committed to implementing various activities that will foster growth and success of URM students to achieve the LSAMP goals.

What is LSAMP?

Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) program assists universities and colleges in their efforts to significantly increase the numbers of students matriculating into and successfully completing high quality degree programs in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines in order to diversify the STEM workforce.
