Gizelle Smedley is pursuing a BS in Biology. She was selected to work under Dr. John McKillip studying microbiology and the Antibiotic Discovery from Dairy Farm Environment. After graduation, her goal is to attend dental school, travel while working, and eventually open her own practice. She volunteers for multiple causes and is a advocate in the community through her role in the Black students in Health Association.
